Another classic shot of Rollo Snook. During this time I went in for very contrasty lighting, narrow depth of field and used HP5 film, uprated to 1600 almost exclusively because I loved the grain.
When me, Rollo and Phil shared a house in Sudbury Hill, near Harrow, we had a lot of wild times and photographed each other a lot. Thanks to cheap film and free processing from the University where we all studied photography. For some reason, these two shots work well together and total is greater than the sum of its parts.
Another great Japanese live band who I had the pleasure of interviewing and photographing for Pixelsurgeon.
